RSSA Members Services Sites: Terms and Conditions of Use

This Document is designed to provide you with information about our expectations of appropriate use of the RSSA Members Area, Docuements Area and Shop.
It outlines basic terms and conditions of use for these sites as a whole, with reference to more detailed guidelines for specific sites.
Basic Conditions of Use
As you use the RSSA Members Services Sites, we expect you to follow a few basic rules. These are:
- Keep your passwords safe. Your individual passwords are what identifies you uniquely when you use our sites. Please do not give your passwords to other people. If you do, you may be held accountable for whatever they do whilst using your password.
- Respect Copyright laws. You are responsible for the content which you publish through our sites. Please make sure that what you are posting cannot be seen to be plagiarism.
- Respect others' privacy and be polite. The RSSA Members Services Sites are designed to be a safe environment in which to communicate and share resources. Please do not do anything which may affect the privacy of other users.
In some circumstances it may be necessary for the RSSA to restrict a user's access if they behave in a way which is counter to these conditions. Activities which may result in restricted access or other punishments include:
- Divulging your passwords (and thus access) to people outside the RSSA or RSSA Member Organisations.
- (Knowingly) breaching copyright laws in your posts on the forum or on any other RSSA site.
- (Knowingly) breaching other users' privacy.
- Redistributing information obtained from these sites outside the RSSA or RSSA Member Organisations.
- Behaving in a way that offends or is insulting to others.
